Where money is coming from (less about selling albums) e.g. Subscription fees.
Membership business is good, money consistently coming in.
YouTube ads, 1 channel could earn more than other channel the same. Good source of income.
Customer segments; demographic your music is aimed at.
Tailor your marketing at those people.
Key partners/joint ventures
Other people/artists who have a reach to other people.
What does it cost for my business to exist? Hiring rehearsal room, driving, website, ads, phone bill for contact. Fine detail of how much it costs to run business – whether you break even.
Understanding that the narrative and branding of you is important in how the band will be perceived, how you make people feel.
